Justice-involved individuals often face complex challenges, including mental health issues, substance use, trauma, and brain injuries. At Pathways, we’ve supported this population for many years—whether on probation, in problem-solving courts, or transitioning from incarceration. Our goal is to help clients manage their mental health and build the skills needed to live successfully in the community—reducing the risk of reoffending and promoting long-term stability.

Adult rehabilitative mental health services (ARMHS)is a range of services that help an individual develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills.

Qualifying for ARMHS
  • Age 18 or older
  • MA (Medical Assistance) eligible
  • Resident of: Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott or Washington County.
