Supporting Those Who Serve

First responders face intense, repeated trauma in the line of duty—often without access to the mental health support they deserve.

At Pathways, we believe that caring for those who care for others is essential.

By equipping first responders with tools to manage stress and trauma, we help strengthen their ability to serve the community safely and effectively.

Our Services

Pathways offers trauma-informed care tailored to the unique needs of first responders, including:

  • Individual Talk Therapy
  • Couples Therapy
  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
  • Group Therapy & Peer Support

Services are available through departmental wellness programs, private insurance, or self-pay options.

You’re Not Alone. We’re Here to Help.
