Approach to Care
I take a holistic approach, integrating a variety of traditional and alternative techniques through individualized, goal-oriented care. My aim is to help clients find balance and empower meaningful change, while complementing conventional therapeutic methods. I use a range of treatment modalities including Experiential, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered therapy, and Trauma-informed care
Why I Do This
Therapy is more than a profession for me—it’s a personal journey to foster growth in the lives of others. I’m passionate about creating a space where growth and transformation can take root. I’m committed to cultivating meaningful change in the lives of those I work with.
What a First Session Will Be Like
The first therapy session is primarily focused on getting to know your therapist, discussing your goals for therapy, and exploring what you hope to achieve. It often begins with identifying what you want to gain from the therapeutic process.
