My style is warm, empathetic, structured, and goal-oriented. I use an integrative approach drawing from CBT, person-centered, psychodynamic, and humanistic frameworks to support holistic healing.

Why I Do This

Inspired by my family’s refugee journey, I am deeply committed to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing.

Providing therapeutic services since 2023.
Supported clients in developing independent living and coping skills as an Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Practitioner 2017-2022 at Pathways Counseling Center.
Gained experience in child and adolescent mental health through direct therapy and collaborative care 2019-2020 as a Middle School Social Work Intern at Community of Peace Academy.
Supported students’ emotional and behavioral needs through school-based social work services 2021-2022 as a Therapy Internship at Ramsey County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my husband and two children. We enjoy biking, fishing, and kayaking together as a family.
