Approach to Care
I take a holistic and honest approach, creating a safe and comfortable environment for clients. I use a variety of modalities, including Adlerian Therapy, Brainspotting, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Sessions are direct, open, and tailored to each individual.
Why I Do This
I enjoy working in mental health because it allows me to support others in achieving their goals. After facing my own challenges and receiving life-changing support, I chose to become a therapist. I’m grateful for a field that empowered me to make much needed change in my own life.
What a First Session Will Be Like
Our first session is an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy and what you feel comfortable discussing. I’ll provide information about what to expect in future sessions and explain some of the approaches I may use. Space will be provided to address your needs and see if this is the right fit for you. This time is also for us to get to know each other, and answer any questions that might arise. The therapeutic journey is yours, and I’m here to support it.
