My therapeutic approach is highly individualized and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

Approach to Care

My approach to therapy is person-centered, warm, empathetic, and grounded in a holistic, humanistic perspective. I hold strong values around diversity, inclusion, and providing truly trauma-informed, affirming care for all—especially for individuals from minority communities. I believe that you are the expert on your own lived experiences, and I strive to create a collaborative space where healing can unfold through safety, compassion, respect, and authenticity. My work is deeply affirming of LGBTQIA+ clients, and I am committed to honoring the diverse cultural backgrounds and lived experiences that shape each person’s unique journey.

Why I Do This

I’m deeply passionate about helping others find balance in their lives through a person-in-environment lens—whatever that balance may look like for them. I find great meaning in getting to know people and hearing their unique stories, as I believe that authentic, relational connection can be a powerful catalyst for healing and growth. Whether you’re processing trauma, living with the impacts of chronic illness or disability, exploring your identity, or simply seeking a safe and affirming space to be heard, I strive to create a non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable bringing your full self into session—wherever you are in your journey.

What a First Session Will Be Like

In our first session together, my goal is to get to know you and understand what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. If you’re not quite sure yet—that’s completely okay. We’ll take the time to explore what therapy could look like for you, and I’ll be here to answer any questions you may have about the process and what our work together might involve moving forward.
