Approach to Care
I offer a warm, empathetic, and holistic approach to therapy, helping clients explore belonging and social meaning. My work draws from Adlerian Therapy, EMDR, and the 12-step model to support personal growth and healing.
Why I Do This
I’m committed to helping others discover their authentic selves and live fuller, more meaningful lives.
What a First Session Will Be Like

Personal Interests
My interests include golfing, playing guitar, and training service dogs—activities that bring joy and purpose to my everyday life. In my earlier years, I volunteered as a Peace Corp Volunteer where I leared to speak Wolof, a West African dialect.
