Approach to Care
I offer a warm, empathetic, honest, and culturally sensitive approach to mental wellness. My work integrates a somatic mind-body perspective with person-centered, interpersonal, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care. I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) Parts work and Brainspotting techniques to support holistic healing, helping clients reconnect with their inner resources and foster lasting change.
Why I Do This
My work is rooted in the belief that the brain and body have an incredible, intuitive capacity to heal, and that it happens in relationship. The therapeutic relationship can be a powerful and transformative space for growth.
