Jen Reddig, MSW, LICSW, CCTP, is a seasoned mental health professional with over 25 years of experience in the human services field. She has been practicing therapy since 2019 and brings a wealth of clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to her role as Program Director.
Jen is deeply committed to providing affirming, competent mental health care for the LGBTQIA+ community. Her lived experience as a queer person, combined with her awareness of the significant gaps in training around queer and trans issues within the mental health field, inspired her to focus on preparing the next generation of therapists to serve this population effectively. As Program Director, Jen leads with intention—offering specialized training, individual and group supervision, and fostering strong community connections for practitioners on the LGBTQIA+ Mental Health team.
Jen is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), with a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practice. Jen holds a Master of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Metropolitan State University, and an Associate of Arts with an emphasis in Spanish from Normandale Community College.
Outside of professional work, Jen embraces her creative and nerdy side. She enjoys crocheting, knitting, and cross-stitching, and is an avid reader with a deep appreciation for science fiction and fantasy—especially Dungeons & Dragons, Star Trek, and Doctor Who. A proud cat person, she brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to both her clinical work and personal life.
