I’m passionate about helping individuals build healthier relationships and lifestyles. My approach is flexible and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, as well as short-term, solution-focused methods and long-term supportive therapy. I also specialize in Psychosocial assessments and Trauma-informed care, integrating tools that honor each client’s lived experience while fostering safety, trust, and emotional resilience.
