Approach to Care

My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and guided by curiosity, allowing me to meet each client with openness and adaptability.

Why I Do This

I really love working with people. I know the world can feel overwhelming sometimes, and I think of therapy like a GPS—you’re the one driving. I’m here to help you find the best route and remind you of strengths you already possess, to reach where you want to go.

What a First Session Will Be Like

In our first session, I like to take time to get to know you – as a person, your values your story, and what led you to seek therapy.

Experience

I’m currently entering my third year of graduate training, with two years of academic experience behind me. Over the summer, I completed an internship at Prairie-Care’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Brooklyn Park, where I gained valuable hands-on experience supporting clients in a structured therapeutic setting.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Art – The University of Minnesota

Master of Social Work – University of St. Thomas – Anticipated May 2026.

Personal Interests

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time in nature—hiking and capturing nature through photography—exploring art and staying grounded through gardening.
