How do I pay my bill?
Pay directly on PayPal here or call 763-200-6083 to contact our Billing Supervisor and provide a credit card over the phone.
Can I pay out of pocket instead of using insurance?
Yes, please select that on your new client paperwork so we can provide you the current rates. (Insert New Client button or a hyperlink in text such as “Submit New Client information here.”)
